Dirk Van den Berghe.      

As of Octobre 1st 2009, I am working as a freelance IT Consultant for my own company, ELISA IT. I am mainly occupied with projects involving Microsoft products as Exchange, SharePoint, OCS, ISA and VMWare.

I’m a System Engineer/Architect with over 12 years of professional IT experience of which 9 years in Microsoft Backoffice product technologies and 3 years in client systems management and support.

Currently focussed on collaboration products with extensive experience in Messaging products such as Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 and Sendmail and made the massive switch to SharePoint products, especially MOSS 2007 a few years back now.

As of July 16th 2008 till September 30th 2009, I have been working at BT Global Services Belgium as a Technology Lead Consultant where I have been busy with projects involving Microsoft products as Exchange, SharePoint, OCS and VMWare.

 

I used to work at Siemens for about 7 years (2001-2008) in an Operations environment responsible for maintaining Active Directory, Exchange, ISA, Live Communication and SharePoint infrastructures. Object Oriented programming is also amongst my skills, mainly used for building applications to automate systems administration tasks.

Besides my professional life, I am married to a magnificent wife and we have 2 children. Our Daughter Elien is turning 8 years in December and our younghest son Sam has turned 5 on the Fourth of July!

And then next to all that I am a certified Paramedic and FireFighter (to fill up the gaps of free time left in our schedule Wink)

    Hi Dirk Van,

    I have one question in share-point document library…
    My Question is :
    Suppose Document Library is Shared Document inside that 4 doc file i have added.
    Now what i want I have 3 users .User1,User2 and User3.
    User1 and User3 are able to see all the four file but User2 are able to see three file and one file with enabled false.Means for one file User2 cannot perform any operation.
    So can u please help on that how to do this by custom code using c# and ASP .net.
